Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as acceptance of these terms occurs at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Conditions:
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
For products where hygiene is essential, items must be properly cleaned before being returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Underwear and lingerie
- Tights
- Certain skincare and personal care products
Return Process

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Your contact information

Refunds
Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns. - At this time, returns must be shipped to China, and return shipping costs typically start from $30 USD, to be paid by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we will send a free replacement.
If the replacement is also defective or incorrect, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins automatically.
